December 2011

Jackson has been busy with Christmas activities this month. He rode the train with santa, went to the Callihan christmas party, had a school christmas program and school christmas party. Jensie has just been playing dress up. We are looking forward to an awesome Christmas! Take a look at the photos.

Jackson & Jensie Nov 2011

Jackson went on his first field trip to a pumpkin patch farm. The kids all had a great time, of course Jensie went along. She loves laughing at Jackson and he loves trying to make her laugh. Jackson went to see his cousin, Lexie, barrel race and decided he wanted to be a bull rider. Thank goodness that only lasted a day. Happy Halloween 2011

What a great Halloween we had. Jackson got to spend more time playing with his cousins in Blue Ridge. They thought it was so much fun to throw leaves in the fire. He dressed up as a Robot and he won the best costume contest in Copperhill and got to lead the parade. He had a party at school and all the kids were so good and had a great time. Emma and Christian took him trick or treating. Take a look at the photos.

October 2011

Jackson has had a very busy October, and Jensie has been right there with him. He went to a party at the Discovery Museum then he spent some time in Gatlinburg. Uncle Billy and Sarah came to visit him and we went to the Pumpkin Patch. Jackson loved jumping on the huge bells of hay. Take a look at all the photos.

October Fun 2011 Apple Picking, Hayrides, pony rides, birthday parties, & Mari time

October has already been so much fun. Jackson and Bryce did some apple picking at Mercier's. Yaya and Pop helped while Jensie and I just watched and took photos. Jackson has found so many cool treasures at Yaya and Pop's house. He came home with an old harmonica & crusty legos one weekend and then a ton of G.I. Joe men that Pop super glued back together and some VCR poker game. He thought all of it was the coolest stuff ever. We are going to have to come up with a special thank you for Uncle Billy. We went to Kensley's birthday party and the kids had so much fun doing some classic fall events. We got to spend some time with Mari and Jackson got to see Ella and Mia. Take a look at the photos.

September 2011

So we've been getting use to getting up early for school this month. We've made more slime/goo stuff, a globe, and we've conducted a few experiments. Jensie was baptised. Take a look at our photos.

Jackson starts OLPH & 2nd Sunday

Jackson loves school and is making lots of new friends. Jensie is getting used to Jackson being gone, but she sleeps most of the time he is gone, so it really doesn't feel that he had been gone that long. We went to 2nd Sunday, the Callihan reunion, and had a wonderful time. Jackson floated down the river with his cousin Bryce and then roasted marshmallows with him, Kensley, Kingston, and Grayson. Besides those darn chiggers, we all had a great time. Take a look at some photos.

Jackson turns 5 and Jensie is there to celebrate at 6 weeks old

We had a blast at Mari & Papa's for the 4th of July week. Jackson loves playing with his cousins. We've been busy playing with Jensie. Jackson is the best big brother. Jensie loves the water, whether it is a warm bath or cold pool. Jackson had an awesome birthday. He had a party at the Discovery Museum then a Transformer party at home the next day. He had a great birthday weekend. He has grown so much, he weighs about 45 lbs now, and Jensie is trying to catch up with him, with her 3 fat rolls, she weighed 10 lbs at her 1 month check up. Jackson was just a few weeks old in the photo above. I have a ton of photos and videos to enjoy.

Jennings Sydney was born on June 14, 2011. She weighed 6 lbs 11 oz. Here are some photos of the first couple of days. More to follow I'm sure.

Great Time on Spring Break

We thought we'd take one last vacation just the three of us. We played in the sand and Jackson played golf with his dad. We had a great time. We also celebrated Yaya's birthday a few weeks ago, we went to a play. Take a look at a few photos.

It feels like Spring

Jackson hasn't really slowed down any, but I sure have. We still do projects all the time anyway. The mess just stays a little longer. His favorite words are, "Actually..." and "Are you tricking Me?" Here are a few photos of Jackson.
